Our 6-session program helps students develop the skills, confidence, and strategies they need to succeed academically and emotionally.

Psychoeducational Support Program –
1. What is the Psychoeducational Support Program?
It is a structured session program designed to help high school students improve organization, emotional regulation, time-management, and academic confidence. It is especially helpful for students with ADHD-related challenges or high levels of school-related anxiety.
2. Is this a clinical or diagnostic service?
No. This is not a clinical assessment and we do not diagnose ADHD, anxiety, or any other condition.
Our program is psychoeducational and focuses on skills-building, coaching, and support.
3. Who provides the sessions?
Sessions are delivered by licensed Social Workers registered in Ontario (OCSWSSW) and trained in youth psychoeducational support, executive functioning, and anxiety management.

5. How long is each session?
